First of all you have to note that in order use PAYPAL via Credit/Debit Cards , you must have MasterCard / VISA / American Express bank cards . If you don't have these , then you don't need to worry . You can also add your bank account to your PAYPAL account and do Direct DEBIT transfer .

Go back to PAYPAL homepage and then LOGIN

After you LOGIN , you need to add your bank account to the PAYPAL account

Now you have successfully linked you PAYPAL account with your Bank Account

You have now transferred money to saloman's PAYPAL account . After sending money to saloman , you can PM ( send message ) to saloman about the transfer along with with your PAYPAL account name .
